How to using GIF animate avatar on vb 3.7

Admincp>>Usergroups>>Usergroup Manager
open each user group and scroll down to:
"Picture Uploading Permissions" section
7th option: Can Upload Animated Avatar?
set to yes and save.
 
If you can't upload GIF images fallow


ACP > Usergroups > Usergroups manager > Chose the usergroup that you want to use GIF's > Picture Uploading Permissions > Can Upload Animated Profile Picture > Yes
