How to use XSLT in Lotus Applications

Hi i am the Lotus Notes Developer.i am using XML in Report generation for My Notes Documents.i find XML is the easy way to generate reports aswellas i can design anytype of reports using my XSL.I Need the Procedure for using XSLT in Lotus. How to call the XSLT engineand where should i store the XML File etc.Thanks in AdvanceManikandan
