How to upload a mod.

I downloaded he files which let the admin see the members' pms, but I do not know how I can install them.

I go to the following url: www.mysite.com/forum/admincp/index.php .
I have the 3.5.3 vBulletin version.

Then, what am I supposed to do?

Read the README included. Also, may I suggest you use vBulletin 3.7.X or 3.6.X?

The README should explain everything.

Thank you very much for your replies.

There is no readme file, and also, I've tried the Add/Import Product,and I get an error, "Invalid File Specified".

To give you more details, there are 2 filed. The first has to be uploaded to the admicp folder and the second one to the .includes/xml/ folder.
