J jcosta71292 New Member Apr 15, 2009 #2 make a backup. then drag all the folders from 3.8 to the ftp then go to www.yoursite.com/forum/upgrade.php by hte way when you upgrade alot of the MOD's that you used on the 3.6 wont work. or you can always read the read me file.
