How do I transfer ,y Vbulletin. I need detailed instructions from switching nameservers, to uploading the vbulletin to backing up as I don't want to loose anything.

Also please specify where to make backups and what to backup and such. Last time I moved I lost everything. thanx.

Go to the phpmyadmin and make a complete backup of all the tables of the vbulletin. Then install the new vBulletin, delete the install folder, go to the phpmyadmin and import the backup. After that there are a lot of bugs in your forum. Reupload the install folder and put the tools.php in the admincp folder and go to this page: http://www.yoursite.it/forum/admincp/tools.php
In this page you can fix some bugs. Then go to the admincp --> Maintenance and then u can repair the tables or update counters. At the end your forum is perfect

can someone please explain in steps please? I know I'm going to mess up. I need kinda detailed instructions as I'm not that bright at this stuff. thanx.
