how to transfer domain from linux dedicated server to windows dedicated server?

we have few domain names on linux dedicated server(shared IP address)(parallel plesk 11) such as xy.qa and xy1.qa.As our website is developed on asp.net,we purchased a new windows dedicated server(dedicated IP Address)(parallel plesk 10).Now i want to get mail back up of the domain xy.qa and i should be able to host my asp.net website on xy.qa domain of windows dedicated server.I created the same domain name xy.qa on windows server.but when i try to log into FTP account,its not accepting the username and password created for windows FTP account.I just need the mail back up and want to host my website on windows server as it supports asp.net...Please help me to do it
