ok for some reason i cant search for 'what is css'
the search wont let me look for words smaller than 4 letters.
but how do i get started.
what programs do you use to make css.

Any regular html editor such as notepad.

Cheers!I found this little tool, it is pretty nice because you can restrict your css according to browser version. Certainly worth a look. The free version of top style is what I use.
