How to solve this?

Hi, I have a problem with Inferno VbShout, It is working fine in my old skin in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, But when I installed new template its giving some problem of Collapse image, I'm attaching the image.

I've done that things already, checked on my other pc also, but problem still there.

You have not uploaded images directory into the correct folder where it should be

Check the XML file, where the folder should be uploaded

I've uploaded all the images to correct place, you can see my attached image, and check the MARKED two Collapse images which r shown correctly but the Shoutbox collapse image is not showing.
