How to show user group styles

Sir i had i wanted to show the user name styles below the currently active users box please help me with it, sorry for my bad english

And how can i add a button after the title to check if whether the post has already been posted, same like in your(this) forum

And how to change the colours of the posting box please see the attached images, please help me with it
