how to show/hide menu dependin on selection from a selectbox

say i have two select boxes, country and menu2. I want menu2 only to show if UK is selected...
how would i do this with javascript?

<select name=country>
<option value=http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/archive/index.php/"USA">USA</option>
<option value="UK">United Kingdom</option>
</select>

<select name=menu2>
<option value="item1">item1</option>
<option value="item2">item2</option>
</select>
