How to set-up shoutcast?

I want to add shoutcast to my forum, but I'm not really sure on how to go about it. I've read the stuff on the shoutcast site, but I'm still a little confused.

How can I get all the needed files onto my server, in order to display shoutcast on my forum home?
 
well firt of all you will need a shoutcast server( ou can install one on your pc) and then just a little mod for the forumhome named shoutcast status, anyway if you're searching for a shoutcast server for free no one gives one, but i have mine in www.listen2myradio.com the problem is they have a firewall so ican't put it in my forum cya
