Members Download But Don't Seed So I Decide To Set A Ratio Limit (Minimum Ratio Required To Download)! But I Don't Know How, Please Can Anyone Tell Me How To Set Please Or Give Me the Plugin? I Have Vbulletin 3.8 And Vbulletin Torrent Tracker 3 For PHP (VBTT 3 for PHP).
 
Or Can You Tell Me A Torrent Tracker Compatible For Vbulletin 3.8 Where We Can Set A Minimum Ratio Required To Download?
