How to restrict making new threads based on post count in one forum

Hi guys !

How to restrict making new threads based on post count in one forum ?

I have a section in my forum called "Website Review & Suggestions"
I don't want people who doesn't reviw 3 other websites to ask for a review,
in other words they need to have 3 posts in that section to make a new thread !

How can I do this ? Plz help !

You could try installing this hack/mod:

It dosen't do exactly what you want but it allows you to set minimum posts before members can see or post in a forum.
