I am having an error

like this

i dont know how it is resolve it ....

its not coming every time

some times it occurs what ever we click on the fourm it will come like this what to do any tell me plz....

Check the settings for any anti-spam mods you may have installed.

i dint installed any antispam mods

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting & Editing Options -> Minimum Time Between Posts -> set to 0 and Save. See if that helps.
