How to resize the image ???

If i post a image which is larger than the post space it exceeds the limit and it is going out of alignment. I need to resize them and make it compatiable to the post size.

So is there any more any code to make it resize automatically like this. ??

look for a image resizer here on the forum.... 3.7 and 3.8 versions here for that.
