doesn´t necessarily have to be in the templates, could also be phrases.
So search in phrases as well

Search in phrases but make sure you check the box next to "Phrase Text and Phrase Variable Name"

You should really keep the section in about created by MafiiOso, he works hard at what he does and should get credit for it when possible!

ask him on here how to get ride of the mega.warez.union part.

Maybe if you send him a small donation he will tell you how to remove all of it?

Then look again. Look harder, it is there. I just installed it on my sandbox and found it in the footer.

He is running a pirated board software, so why would he care about credits ?

That is the MafiiOso thing you are looking for. First few lines in the footer template of that skin. The Copyright thing is very likely to be found in the phrases, so go over them again, search for phrases that contain "powered by"
