How to remove or edit this text

go to Admin Control Panel->Styles & Templates->Search in Templates
type footer on search box than click find.

remove this

Find
PHP:

Replace with
PHP: 
<div align="center">
	<div class="smallfont" align="center">

	PUT HERE YOUR COPYRIGHT NOTICE
	<!-- Do not remove this copyright notice -->
	</div>

and for the vbulletin skin developed by vbstyles.com just find that and erease it

delete your image here and don´t forget to never put here your forum url so anyone can´t take you to pirate reports
