How to remove "last edited by" caption

How do I remove the "last edited by" caption on a per post basis. For example if one of the registered users edited their post and I don't want the caption to show on that particular post, not as a general setting for all of their own posts that they edit. Thanks.
 
You can set this in usergroup permissions
Admincp>>Usergroups>>Usergroup Manager

Open each group scroll down to the Greneral settings section and you will see it there.
 
Thanks. I meant on a per post basis. My registered users do not have this option enabled. Meaning when they edit a post it shows the "last edited by" caption. I don't want to change this. As an administrator when I edit a post it doesn't show the caption. However if I edit a post that's been edited by the OP and already has the caption then it shows edited by me. I want to remove the caption after the fact.
 
vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Time to Wait Before Starting to Display 'Last Edited by...' -> Try setting it to '0' or a high value.
 
Tried that, doesn't have an effect as the caption is already there under the post. The only thing I can change in it is the reason for editing or leave it blank.
