How to remove a link from navbar and add another one?

Plz help me...i would like to remove ''Blogs'' from Navbar and add ''portal'' but i don't know how....my theme is the essential from extreme pixels...plz help me...

libra same question was asked a couple of weeks ago and I answered it with code wasnt same theme but same issues with link replacement.

Why PM it, nothing personal is in it and others might be able to get help from learning how your issue was solved. That's is probably why you were asked to post it, it keeps duplicate topics to a minimum when answers can be found in a post. Others might have the same problem, but now because you chose to be anal they will have to start another thread with the same question which they wouldn't have to if you had done what you were asked.........

i told him to send me pm b/c ****** in this site thread reply notifications does not work*****

and i would not have known if he posted the code or not b/c lots of ppl are posting new thread and old threads get answered so this thread would get lost in space lol


if he would have sent me pm i would have known and posted the answer here as well so not to worry.



any how i didn't get any pm yet from him.
