How to put a line over the username

I was woundering how you can add a line over a username that is banned I seen it on another vb board just wounder how it's done thanks
 
guess you mean strikethroug text decoration.
For your banned usergroup, in admincp - usergroup manager where you can change the colors for the usergroup put <strike> in the first box and </strike> in the second one. Save and all users in that group have the effect of their name being crossed by a horizontal line
 
First of those two single line text fields you put <strike>(witty comments about banned users)
in the second box you just put </strike>
