How To Place BidVertiser In My vBulletin

Hi, I noticed that this site has BidVertiser, so I tried putting it in my forum (vB 3.8.1), but I couldn't figure out how. I tried putting the HTML code in the "header" (in Edit Templates), but it didn't work (it didn't show up). Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thank you.
