How to optimize a website for a specific country?
for example: If I want to optimize my site specifically for UAE. Is there any proxy server to be used or what step do i need to follow to get maximum traffic for said country. Well, there are many ways and steps the main one are:
>get a host from the country you want to rank better in.
>Get a domain with CCTLD from the country you want to rank better from.(like get .eu domain)
>Try to place the name of the country you want to rank better for in content and description and keyword of your site.

I don't think you need to use a proxy server for this purpose. What you need to do would be keeping increasing more back links from your targeted countries' sources using your targeted keywords as anchor text.
