how to mopve from free host to premium host?

hi i have a forum on a free host
now there is a need to increase the space so i have decided to upgrade it to premium hosting

how to move it?
i dont want to loose data and members
and how to keep the same domain name?
basically i just want to upgrade the background

any1 to help? any1 to help?

  • Download Db and install on new server by importing via phpadmin
  • upload same vB version you currently use to new host
  • Transfer domain name to new host or configure to point to new host DNS servers.
