How to merge vbulletin database using IMPEX

I have sql and I want to merge it with a new sql ,,


I heard I can do that by using the IMPEX
How can I do that please ?

first u need to install impex... tne u need to upload both db to ur server

then in config u put the master n slave and log in ur impex n import it
