go to admincp-> Forums&Moderators->Forum permissions->
Scroll Down And Locate The Forum(s) You Want This to be added ->
Here Comes a Little Elbow Grease lol?
Click Where It Says "Edit" For Every Rank.
Edit every user group except the group you want it to be viewable by.
Once You Make The Settings. Save.
This Should Work If Done Correctly.
