How to make users pay $(points) to post in a forum?

I would like to know how (I don't care which vbulletin points/credits mod I use) to make it so that users have to pay a fee to post a topic in a forum.
 
Ya, pretty much... Unless if you are using vB Expirience, you can set how many points they get for a Threads/Posts... You always Could try to input a negative number there, who knows...
 
I want a "Ask the Expert" kinda thing where users pay to make a topic and cant see the ones other people make (in case its a private issue)
 
Well, that's a lot different than paying for posting. I think an Answers clone is available that might have the features you are needing. You might want to search of vbpro answers
 
Create a private forum and don´t allow users to view threads/posts form other users.
Create a special user group fi expert_advice_wanted.
Promote a user to this special user group after a subscription fee has been paid.
It is all available within VB.

Thank you. That takes care of the permissions, but I stil want people to be able to make topics for a fee in a forum.

I searched "vbpro answers" everywhere and no answers came out.

I still need to know how to charge people to make posts in a forum.

I know, thanks. I understand that making them pay real money is an option, but not everyone can pay, so I am looking for a forum money currency system alternative.

If anyone can shed light on some of the options suggested I would really appeciate it.
