I' trying to make my Twitter Bootstrap popover stay fixed position with the anchor tag that is used to show the popover.Click the "Quick Links" anchor tag on the right hand side to see what I mean.You can check my work in progress at my appspot site.I tried making the popover css fixed but this seems to create an error by where the popover moves vertically at different positions then the anchor tag. Any help is appreciated.
