Hi, I have install "Thread Prefixes v1.6.2". I have done the long installation but I do not see my thread prefix field showing when I try to create a new thread

But mine shows only this. I don't want to set the setting to "Required Thread Prefix" but want it as option and appear beside the thread title when creating a new thread.
