how to make them round?

if you look on <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.macromedia.com/">http://www.macromedia.com/</a><!-- m --> they use round corners not the typical square point how do you create these?<br />

Macromedia's site is made with Photoshop or Paintshop Pro? I don't think so.
