How to Make SB Inferno See all page

any one can xplain how to make Inferno SHoutbox pro 2.5.2 can see to all page not only forumhome but when i open a sub forum or thread i can see the shoutbox.

next can give me a script to make hover effect like a star or etc....pls

Specify which scripts the shoutbox is shown on. Note, not only will the script need listing here, but the following code will also need to be on a template within that page:
<!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->

Seperate each script with a comma.

So to display in your forum index, you go into your forumindex page & under the nav bar add: <!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->
You also need to add the script your adding the shoutbox too. I have mine under: index, forumdisplay, search
