How To Make Only VIP's See This Page

Hi how do I make it so that VIP's only get to see a certain page (or button that links to a page)? Like maybe they have to login to see a certain VIP page (like Admin's have to login to access the AdminCP)? Is this possible? Thanks!

Yea but I want to make it like the AdminCP Page. So if you are a VIP, you get to login.

Oh go to forums manager, and enable a password for that forum.
