How to make it so only Certain users can use colors in Shoutbox? (inferno)

How could I make it so only Premium Members and Administrators could use color/bbcode in the shoutbox?

I'm using inferno's.

You would have to do quite a bit of re-coding for this. If fact I dont know of any chatboxes that have that feature.
