How to make games arcade compatible

I've been googling a bit, but for some reason this is hard to find.

Is there anyone on here who does conversion of .swf's to make them compatible with V3 or ibpro arcade and is willing to share the knowledge?

I understand you have to de-compile the .swf into flash files (fla) but what's the next step?
