how to make first post static?

Hello guys I know I am asking too many questions for last 2 days, sorry to disturb you all, its just that my questions are answered here faster than vbulletin.org lol.., I am working on a new project so wanted your help. sorry if I am bothering you

I want to know how to make the first post static? just like vbulletin.org site in modification section well I dont want about the programmer section and all but just wanted to know how to make the first post in a thread to be static is there any mods available for that?

any help will be great!

You now have 4 options when creating your first page, this is set to 'Legacy' as default you can change it to normal in your template.
