How to make animation run only after checkbox selection (and

Hi-

My code/page is almost exactly how I need it. But the animation runs automatically on load. I don't want it to. I want the page to load with the animation turned OFF, then if the page visitor wants they can turn it on via the checkbox.

I've tried removing the "onload = init;" but then my animation will not work, etc.

Can any of you help with this? Here is my code. Thank you again!
