How to make a CollapsiblePanelExtender display over other controls

I am using the AjaxControlToolkit, using the CollapsiblePanelExtender.But I am running into a problem when the collapsible panel is extended it pushes other controls down, but what I want to do is actually display the extended control over other controls (like a drop down would display)Is there any way to accomplish this?Thanks in advance.
