How to know a paid link does not pass page rank?

Buying or selling links which pass page rank is violation of webmaster guidelines but how can I come to know that a paid link to my site give me traffic but not passing pagerank?Please guide me.thanks in advance.Hey buddy when your buying a link. Google has developed some algorithm to find out the paid links. It has even alerted the surfers to report the matter to it about the paid links. That's the reason for slump in the link sales business. Getting paid links to your site from high PR sites will definitely help to improve your traffic and also secure you some improvement in PR.
