How to install?

OK, I tried to run the install.php file, but it says config.php and a couple of other files are missing.

I'm trying to install the 3.8.1 release. I've run validator.php, and everything is "OK".

What do I do?
 
Rename configphp.new located in "includes" folder to config.php

Than open config.php with notepad and write your database infos,then save file.Upload it and try again.
