How to install reCAPTCHA

Well, since i saw that on my vb registration page, the human verification thing it wasnt letters, it was a background and asked for letters o.O so, now, i want to install reCAPTCHA, i signed up and it tells me something about a public key and something about creating some html codes, can some1 explain me this step by step?
 
vB Options > Human Verification Method > choose (reCAPTCHA™).

You will require Public & Private key which you can get from reCAPTCHA™official site.
