How to Install Inferno Shoutbox?

How do i install an Inferno Shoutbox?

When i upload the XML this shows up:
Warning: require_once([path]/infernoshout/engine/inferno_engine.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/global.php(355) : eval()'d code on line 5

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/hells/public_html/forum/infernoshout/engine/inferno_engine.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hells/public_html/forum/global.php(355) : eval()'d code on line 5

I really need your help :)
 
i suggest not using inferno shoutbox, when i tryed it, it messed up my whole forum,
and you have to upload all the files to the specified folders
 
I use it on my forum it works fine. Now if you read the error you can see this.
failed to open stream: No such file or directory in path]/global.php (355)

Upload it, if its there, change it to cmod 777 as its 355 as you can see by the "(355)."
 
when i used inferno shoutbox a day after i got like 60 messages from my forum saying everything is failing, so i had to reinstall my whole forum

Nice to know mate, however this is not your thread, please make a new thread about your own problems there.
 
yea im installing this now on my forum i came across the faults 1st on install, it will take your board down to a white page.. so you have to edit your template in vb options not sure how tho..a friend did it for me ,but even now i have problems adding the buttons ,U,I,B colours n fonts, the settings just wont change even if it says its saved... but yea ive seen inferno on a few forums and its badass ..bandwidth draining tho only problem.. but i feel your problem i hope sum1 can find a detailed tutorial on this as i brand this the best shoutbox for vbulletin
