how to install arcade???

wel im trying to install the ibProArcade v2.6.8 and on the instructions it says
put The entire /arcade folder to your forum's root directory. and i beleive that it means to put the arcade folder where the admincp,archive,and clienscript are right????

Now it also says put the arcade.php and holdsession.php to your forum's root folder. where is my forum's root folder is it the same place where the admidcp,archive and clienscript are??????

root folder-directory = where the index.php file is

public_html is the root of your website.
if you have all the files and folders in public_html thats your forums root,
if it is placed in a folder inside of the public_html IE

/public_html/forum/
