How to insert a warning inside post body?

There is a mod in phpBB i wish that there is one for it in vb and it's to insert a warning inside post body automatically like: your post must be written in english only

i know that there is a mod called http://www.vbteam.info/req-addons-template-modifications/17430-ajax-vb-post-templates-1-5-0-a.html but i must insert it manually

what i want is that this template to load automcatically per forum basis.

Not entirely sure what you want. The mod you linked allows you to post canned responses, but from your description, it sounds like you want some preset text within the WYSIWYG editor for all users?
