How to index some keywords?

Hello,1) I have about 10 major keywords out of which i get listed only in 3 or 4. How to index other keywords? When i tried a tool to check it says " ! = Not found in Search Results for Keyword in Google"How to bring it up?2) Now my website is PR2, I have recently got 1 PR7 homepage, 2 PR6 homepage back link.
