. Yeah I find if I post an article on my website and then submit it to Digg.com then it usually indexed within 1 hour or so. Yahoo does take a little bit longer but Google is the search engine you should be concerned about the most anyways

In my point of view Yahoo index sites faster than Google. Since the algorithms of both search engines differ, yahoo's index process also might differ from Google. Keep on proceeding with all seo tasks and get more backlinks from high PR sites.
