How To Hide Like On vBulletin.org

Here's my question, what exactly is it that vBulletin.org does so that only Licensed Members can view

I want to do something similar to what they're doing

I want it to appear in a code form. In other words, how do they do it so that it appears like this:

Code: 
You cannot view code until you prove your license status

I wanna set it up that way. So that only certain users can see. I want the error to appear just

I want the error to appear just like that in a code box.


Can anyone help
 
they're using vB's backend script. It basically matches forum user email with members area email.. if it matches the board shows, if not it won't show.

Now what I JUST said should be EASY to do.. and understand especially if your a programmer.
