How to have Refresh?

How can I refresh my page and a new banner will come everytime the ones I add?

Add above:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="XX"; url=" />

where xx is the number of seconds between refreshes.

This template edit allows your forum home to refresh every xx seconds. You can install any of the header/logo randomizers found here to accomplish what you're looking for.

The code I gave you will only refresh your forum home page. If you install an image randomizer, then every time it refreshes, the image will change.

No, I don't have msn, and I don't think I can explain it any better than that.
