i your all help.
I looking that how to do that redirect as shown at image - look at screen - for my vbuletin 3.7.3

I dont understand what you want??

Are you looking for the statusicon images?

Or are you having problems with showing posts and threads?

sry..my mistake...i am searching the way redirect shown at screen. if anyone click then it redirect another website.
 
Well from what i get you are wondering how to create a forum which is used as a link...?

Well if that is the case log in to your Admin CP and then go to Forums & Moderators>Add New Forum.
When this is done you have Title, Description and Forum Link. Just enter the URL of the redirect there then scroll all the way to the bottom and click submit.

Did i get it right?

No, how to add under "Last post" the text "Total redirects: xxx"
