how to get more visitors and posters

i want to get high traffic for my forum and posters...i am reveiving very low traffic until my forum is 2 years old...and in one day here 4 to 5 members register here but all r noobs...no one is posting until my team members and also receving very low traffic... so anyone can tell me how can i get high traffic and more posters which posts to my forum

Is it Warez or something else...

If Warez, then Submit your downloads to Katz.cd, You will receive descent amount of traffic from there

Phazeddl, MechoDDL, But from Katz, You will receive genuine visitors...Not from these..

As Phaze use cache system which is not so good

mine is a warez forum, with 50000+ members, 42000 threads and more than 1,40,000 posts... but around 90% of the members are inactive, means they just come, register, visited their download link and thats all...

E-mail them that We have started some competition or Create something creative so that they will be interested to visit your site

i have also same problem...users come register, visit links and download.
