Hi All,
As you all know getting a link from .edu is how much beneficial for a website.
But, how can we get link from .edu domain.
Has anyone got it?
Please share your experience with us. I just read a comment about the "fairytale of .edu links". The author (its a German site) is quite sure about his theory that .edu and .gov links are not at all wothier than others of the same pagerank, especially if there is nothing else in common. Following the theory, an .edu-link is quite useful for a school or any teaching company, but not for any technical or other different stuff. In my opinion, you can get the .edu backlink if your site is relevant and more valuable reference with regards of the content of that .edu site. Of course the webmaster of the .edu site must grunt the linking. Keyword+inurl:blog site:.edu
Replace "keyword" with your own keyword and you will get a list of all edu blogs that are close to your subject. You can either comment or contact blog owners to link to your site. Try this site www dot pearspublishing.com/gov-blog-list.txt ,it might helpful for you . replace dot with . i try to find edu. no easy Just try to find it through the help of search engine. You can also look for .edu forums on your niche. I agree with marknel. Focus on .edu sites that are focused around the keyword that you are wanting to focus on and start making comments on blogs, etc. Of course, having quality content to link to is also the key. Take some here,
