How to fix this ?

I have this problem: When I press Thread Tools in each thread, the menu doesn't show. In Post edit or new post is the same thing - when I press on Fonts, Sizes or A (colors) the menu isn't show. Can I fix this ? I'm using vBulletin 3.7.3 PL1. PLEASE HELP!

Have you edited any .js files in clientscript folder?

If yes make a backup and re-up originals of the ones you have edited if no difference re-up the old back-ups.
